Latest Updates: Improving Shipping

Fall is here, and Seazona is back with more improvements!

Mobile Barcode Scanning Made Easy
On the mobile version of Seazona, you can now easily scan barcodes with your phone. On the Orders or Shipping screen, you’ll see a camera option that allows you to scan barcodes. This feature can help your local delivery drivers log in and scan directly from their phones.

This feature is available on the Mobile Version included with our $99 Professional and $189 Premier plans. If you’d like to upgrade, please fill out the form here. We’re also continuing to improve our search capabilities, so stay tuned for more options in the future.

New User Account Type – Technician Plus
We’ve introduced a new user type called Technician Plus (Settings > User Accounts). This account allows users to log in to both the Technician Portal and the lab site, with a limited view on the lab site. Technician Plus users have access to the Technician Portal and core dental lab modules—including Dashboard, Orders, Shipping, and Messages—while all pricing information remains hidden.

Return Shipping Labels
You can now create a return label when generating a shipping label. Just check the box at the bottom of the form. For details on our shipping integrations, view the step-by-step instructions here.

Delivery Report Barcodes
The Deliveries report now includes an option to add barcodes. Drivers can simply scan the barcode to easily pull up the case and mark a delivery as complete. Explore the new feature and watch the tutorial video here.

New Client Portal Tutorial
A new client portal tutorial video is available to help you get familiar with the portal and assist customers with any questions. Check it out here.
