Product Templates Update

When placing an order, you can create templates using the Template dropdown. This allows you to group products together, for example a crown and denture template. Instead of adding items individually each time, you can group them and name them for easy access. You can now create up to 10 templates.

These updates are designed to improve visibility, streamline workflows, and support better decision making across labs. Ongoing improvements remain a priority, and feedback continues to play an important role in shaping future development.

Invoices Report

On the Invoices Report found under Reports > Accounting you will now see an Email option at the top. If you select a specific client > click generate > and highlight the invoices you want you can send email the invoices to your client.

Messages Update

Now, when sending a message, you can select which email address you would like to send the notification to. Please note that to view the full message, your client will need access to the Client Portal. Without Client Portal access, they will only be able to see the subject line of the message in the email notification.
