Introducing the Lab Pulse Page

Get valuable insights into your lab with the new Lab Pulse Page. This page brings important information together in one convenient location, including orders at risk, communication activity, and live activity, giving you a better overview of what’s happening in your lab.

To access the Lab Pulse Page, click the Home button and then select the heart icon.

New Mobile Route Activity & Delivery Features

Managing deliveries is now easier with the new Route Activity and Delivery features available in the Seazona mobile version.

Drivers no longer need to rely on printed delivery reports. Drivers can simply log in to the mobile version of Seazona to view their scheduled pickups and deliveries directly from their mobile device.

This provides drivers with convenient, up-to-date access to their route information while helping your lab reduce paperwork.

Edit Pickups

You can now edit pickup information directly in Seazona. This makes it easier to make changes and keep pickup details accurate when schedules or information change.

New "Added Dates" Column

A new Added Dates column is now available under Files. This feature makes it easier to view and track when files were added to a case, helping you quickly identify and manage case files.

New API Features with the Premier Plan

The Premier Plan now includes enhanced API functionality. Users can create API keys and define specific scopes, providing greater control over API access and helping you manage integrations more effectively.
